A variety of moisture analysers are available from Illinois Instruments for measuring trace moisture in gas streams.  The Series 400 Moisture Analysers and Series 500 Moisture Analysers are available depending on your specific application.  The Series 500 Moisture Analysers use phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) technology for measuring moisture from 0 to 1000ppm.  The Series 400 Moisture Analysers use aluminum oxide (Al2O3) sensor technology to measure moisture from -90oC to +20oC in most industrial gas streams. 

Both series of moisture analysers can be configured in a variety of ways to suit your specific application.  It is available as a benchtop/panel mountable cabinet, a NEMA 4X wall mount cabinet, or in a 19 inch rack mountable cabinet.

The 400 Moisture Analysers can be equipped with an integral sensor, or you can have a remote mounted sensor for either general purpose or hazardous areas.  The 500 Moisture Analysers can have an integral sensor or use a remote mounted sensor in general purpose areas.

Illinois Instruments' Series 400 Moisture Analysers represent our latest advancement in moisture analysis. This series was designed to be customized to your application while providing a simple, yet affordable analysers.  The Series 400 Moisture Analysers incorporate our high quality aluminum oxide moisture sensor. This sensor provides accurate, dependable results over a wide range from –110°C to +20°C. The aluminum oxide sensor is maintenance-free and is the popular choice for the most demanding applications.

All models feature microprocessor control for stable and repeatable operation. A bright, autoranging LED display provides direct measurement output. User-adjustable alarms, scaleable analog output signals, RS232 interfacing, and process sample bypass flow systems are all optionally available.

Three different configurations add to the base Model 410 (shown at right) to offer the choices needed to satisfy virtually all industrial environment and operational constraints.
 

Model 410 can be used on the bench or Panel Mounted.	Model 420 is NEMA 4X / IP66 rated for weatherproof and waterproof locations.	Model 430 houses one or two analysers in its 4U (19 inch) rack mount cabinet.
