Illinois Instruments offers a Moisture Permeation Analyser for almost any application where trace moisture is measured in a gas stream.  The Series 400 Moisture Permeation Analyser and Series 500 Moisture Permeation Analyser offer different sensor technologies to meet your specific requirements.  The Series 500 Moisture Permeation Analyser uses a phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) sensor for measuring moisture from 0 to 1000ppm.  The Series 400 Moisture Permeation Analyser uses an aluminum oxide (Al2O3) sensor t to measure moisture from -90oC to +20oC in most industrial gas streams.

The Moisture Permeation Analyser can be configured in a variety of ways to suit your specific application.  It is available as a benchtop/panel mountable cabinet, a NEMA 4X wall mount cabinet, or in a 19 inch rack mountable cabinet.

The 500 Moisture Permeation Analyser can have an integral sensor or use a remote mounted sensor in general purpose areas.  The 400 Moisture Permeation Analyser can be equipped with an integral sensor, or you can have a remote mounted sensor for either general purpose or hazardous areas.

Illinois Instruments' Series 500 Moisture Permeation Analyser represents our latest advancement in moisture analysis. This series was designed to be customized to your application while providing a simple, yet affordable analyzer.  The Series 500 Moisture Analyser incorporates microprocessor control with our high quality electrolytic moisture sensor to bring flexibility to your process environment. These analyser provides accurate depend-able results over a wide range from 0.1 ppm to 1000 ppm.

All models feature microprocessor control for stable and repeatable operation. A bright, autoranging LED display provides direct measurement output. User-adjustable alarms, scaleable analog output signals, RS232 interfacing, and process sample bypass flow systems are all optionally available.

Three different configurations add to the base Model 510 to offer the choices needed to satisfy virtually all industrial environment and operational constraints.
 

Model 510 can be used on the bench or Panel Mounted.	Model 520 is NEMA 4X / IP66 rated for weatherproof and waterproof locations.	Model 530 houses one or two analysers in its 4U (19 inch) rack mount cabinet.
