Trace
moisture analysers measure trace moisture in gas streams. Illinois
Instruments uses two different sensor technologies in our trace moisture
analysers. We offer the Series 500 Trace
Moisture Analysers that use phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) technology
for measuring trace moisture from 0 to 1000ppm. The Series
400 Trace Moisture Analysers use aluminum oxide (Al2O3) sensor
technology to measure trace moisture from -90oC to +20oC in most industrial
gas streams.
The Series 500 Trace Moisture Analysers
can be configured in a variety of ways to suit your specific application.
It is available as a benchtop/panel mountable cabinet, a NEMA 4X wall mount
cabinet, or in a 19 inch rack mountable cabinet. In addition, these
trace moisture analysers can have a remote mounted sensor for general purpose
areas.

Series 500 Trace Moisture Analysers represent
our latest advancement in moisture analysis. This series was designed to
be customized to your application while providing a simple, yet affordable
analyzer. The Series 500 Trace Moisture Analysers incorporates microprocessor
control with our high quality electrolytic moisture sensor
to bring flexibility to your process environment. These analysers provide
accurate depend-able results over a wide range from 0.1 ppm to 1000 ppm.
All
models feature microprocessor control for stable and repeatable operation.
A bright, autoranging LED display provides direct measurement output. User-adjustable
alarms, scaleable analog output signals, RS232 interfacing, and process
sample bypass flow systems are all optionally available.
Three
different configurations add to the base Model
510 (shown at right) to offer the choices
needed to satisfy virtually all industrial environment and operational
constraints.
