Instruments’ Model 810 Zirconia Gas Analyzer is recommended
when a quick response or wide measuring range is required. The Zirconia
Gas Analyzer is used for such applications as gas manufacturing, semiconductor
processing, and furnaces. The Illinois Instruments’ Model 810 Zirconia
Gas Analyzer uses a stabilized zirconia ceramic sensor to provide a measuring
range of 0.1ppm up to 100% oxygen. The Zirconia Gas Analyzer
is extremely versatile and can be used in most industrial gases.
The Model 810 Zirconia Gas Analyzer has
available options that include internal pumps, analog outputs, and alarms.
Illinois Instruments’ Zirconia Gas Analyzer is offered in 3 different mounting
configurations; benchtop/panel mount, NEMA 4X wall mount, or 19” rack mount.

Series 800 Zirconia Gas Analyzer is designed
for the rapid and accurate measurement of oxygen from low ppm levels to
100% in nearly all industrial gases and atmospheres. All instruments within
this group incorporate a unique miniature zirconia ceramic
oxygen sensor to provide high accuracy, fast response, and a wide measuring
range. This sensor is non-depleting and requires no periodic inspection
or maintenance.
All
models feature microprocessor control for stable and repeatable operation.
A bright, autoranging LED display provides direct measurement output. User-adjustable
alarms, scaleable analog output signals, RS232 interfacing, and process
sample bypass flow systems are all optionally available.
Three
different configurations add to the base Model
810 (shown at right) to offer the choices
needed to satisfy virtually all industrial environment and operational
constraints.
